PROJECT ECONOMY
This division conducts standard missions of business economist. The agency argues its ability to be an added value to the architectural and engineering design. The scope of work of the Economics pole is therefore not limited only to the economy of the project. It extends to assistance and advice design teams and client in a single goal: making the architectural and technical project up into a perfect cost control. The qualities developed by economists to be the guarantor of a good technical and economic cohesion of the project experience, with respect for the architectural project in all its aspects, towards innovative and optimized construction methods.
ENGINEERING
This division conducts engineering studies to design new buildings with all types of structures, based on concrete, wood or metal materials. Since its inception, Archgues gradually makes the transition to Eurocodes. It also provides consultancy and technical assistance in the field of building systems. Our studies include static calculation but also the modeling of dynamic loading of structures, particularly respect to the earthquake. During the construction phase, our teams can also achieve the implementation plans for companies regarding the load-bearing concrete structures. In the field of wood, the pole structure is able to provide a full mission from the initial design of structures and wood walls to the execution and manufacturing files directly usable by companies in their size machines plans. This division can also occur in the context of a diagnosis of rehabilitation of existing buildings, to consider the impact of proposed changes and make suggestions to optimize rehabilitation. If necessary, we can define and prescribe additional tests surveys.
